Central Connect builds AI automation, AI agents, private AI systems, social automation and 3D websites for companies of any size and any industry, across the United States. When this page says "we" or "us", it means Central Connect.

We only collect what you choose to give us, plus the basic technical details every website host records.

• Our contact form. Your name, your email address, the services you check and anything you write about your project.
• Email. Whatever you put in an email to us, including your name, email address and any details you share.
• Lead forms on Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn. If you fill out one of our forms on those sites, we receive the answers you give there, such as your name, work email, phone number, company, job title and the questions on the form. That site handles your information under its own privacy policy, and we receive only what the form asks for.
• Business contact details. To introduce our services to businesses, we may use business names, work email addresses and phone numbers that the business itself has published, for example on its own website.
• Basic technical details. Our website host keeps standard server records, like your IP address, browser type and the pages you asked for, to keep the site running and safe.

Please do not send us passwords, payment card numbers or health information through the form or by email.

• To answer your message, set up a time to talk and put together a quote.
• To do the work you hire us for, send invoices and keep normal business records.
• To send you a short follow up about our services. You can stop these at any time (see "Your choices" below).
• To keep this website working and protect it from spam and abuse.

Some of our tools, including AI tools, help us sort messages and draft replies. They use your information only to do that work for us. We do not use your information to train public AI models.

This website does not use cookies. It has no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking scripts, and it does not follow you around the internet.

• Our fonts are stored on our own site, so loading them does not contact any other company.
• Pages with live 3D scenes load a free graphics library (three.js) from cdnjs, a public file service run by Cloudflare. Like any web server, it sees your IP address when it sends you that file.
• Our contact form has a hidden field that catches spam robots. It does not collect anything about you.

If we ever add analytics or an advertising pixel, we will update this page before we turn it on.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with anyone for their own advertising.

We use a few trusted companies to run our business. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:

• Netlify, which hosts this website and stores contact form messages.
• Cloudflare, which delivers email sent to our address.
• Google, which runs our email inbox.
• Amazon Web Services, which sends our outgoing email.
• Our payment processor, if you pay an invoice online.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our customers, our company or the public from fraud or harm.

We keep your information as long as we need it to answer you, do the work and keep the business and tax records the law asks us to keep. When we no longer need it, we delete it.

• Stop our emails. Reply "no thanks" or "unsubscribe" to any email from us, and we will not email that address again.
• See, fix or delete your information. Email team@centralconnect.tech with the subject "Privacy request" and tell us what you would like. You can also write to us at the address above.
• We will answer within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm the request from the same email address, so that we know it is really you. We will not charge you, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

Some information we may need to keep, for example invoices for tax records. If so, we will tell you what we kept and why.

This site uses secure (HTTPS) connections, and we keep access to your information limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect, so if something ever goes wrong that affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.

This website and our services are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
